Threads: Tapered Angle is 1° 47', truncation of roots and crests is flat, Thread Angle is 60°, pitch is measured in threads per inch (ASME B1.20.1) 

This Galvanized Reducing Tee pipe fitting is used to create branches and split the flow into two directions from two large size pipes to a smaller size pipe.
