The NASCO Dry Pipe Valve Accelerator is a high-performance mechanical quick-opening device designed to significantly reduce water delivery time in dry pipe and preaction fire sprinkler systems. By detecting a rapid drop in system air or nitrogen pressure (as occurs when a sprinkler activates), the accelerator quickly equalizes pressure and forces the dry pipe or preaction valve to trip, allowing water to enter the piping network much faster than standard differential operation alone.
