Shipping pounds or ounces?

So I went to place my order, and shipping was more than my items...
Now I know fuel prices have gone up, but my items fit inside a 8x12 box.
I contacted Nasco. They got back with me, did their research and found that it had been posted in pounds instead of ounces.
Once Nasco corrected it, they got back with me and all was good.
Great service, great price, excellent products.
